Malpractice jury clears doctor, St. E
A Kenton County jury on Wednesday ruled in favor of a Cincinnati doctor and St. Elizabeth Medical Center, finding they acted properly during the birth of an Independence girl.
Hinchey bill would allow malpractice suits against military
A bill that would offer armed service members and their families a way to hold the military accountable for negligent medical care was approved by a Congressional subcommittee, U.S. Rep. Maurice Hinchey announced Tuesday.
