Judge says Eagle Mtn. paramedic wrongly fired
A judge on Friday ordered Eagle Mountain to reinstate and give backpay to a paramedic who was fired in March because he reported potential medical malpractice and sexual harassment incidents to his superiors.

An association of trial lawyers has accused the state's largest medical malpractice insurer of violating state law by charging doctors excessive rates, but the company said its rates are reasonable.
