WASHINGTON — New Jersey doctors should have been jubilant last month when the House passed a bill that would limit how much money patients could collect if they win lawsuits over improper treatment.

AZUSA - An empty $3 million classroom in Riverside County has led Azusa Pacific University to court for the past several years. Besides fighting a community to obtain compensation for land APU lost in court, the university also sued its former attorneys for legal malpractice.
