Plugging loopholes in tendering norms
16 June 2008 - Thirty members of the construction association of Bhutan (CAB) approached the minister of works and human settlement, Lyonpo Yeshey Zimba, on June 11 to express their concerns over weak tendering and malpractice in its norms.
