VIDEO FEED: PA Governor Rendell Announces Improvement in Medical Malpractice Situation
The Pennsylvania Satellite News Service will provide a satellite video feed between 4 p.m. and 4:15 p.m. (16:00 - 16:15 Eastern) TODAY, Wednesday, Oct. 24 , of Governor Edward G. Rendell announcing an improvement in the state's medical malpractice situation, making it easier for doctors to remain in practice in Pennsylvania.
N.C. Insurance Department disagrees with trial lawyers on rates
The state Insurance Department said it won't further investigate the state's largest medical malpractice insurer, saying it disagrees with a trial lawyers' association report accusing the company of excessive physician rates.
