Jail staff probed on neglect claims
Three members of staff at a private prison have been removed from normal duties amid claims of malpractice in an undercover BBC investigation, the firm which runs the jail has confirmed.
Jury rules against Goldsby in malpractice suit
AMITE - An $814,079 malpractice judgment has been handed down against Dr. Reggie Goldsby of Amite by a parish jury. A general practitioner, Goldsby also serves as mayor of the city.
