Winning medical malpractice cases is costly undertaking
Q uestion: We have met with two medical malpractice attorneys, and believe we have a strong case. But each attorney expects us to pay all costs (including expert witnesses). Do any medical malpractice attorneys advance costs, or split them with the client? Also, why are so many experts needed?
