Malpractice crisis similar to Gordian knot
Greek myth says the Gordian knot was unsolvable. With no exposed ends, it couldn’t be unraveled. It baffled the most brilliant minds for centuries, until Alexander the Great sliced the knot in half with his sword. It probably wasn’t the solution Gordius had in mind.
