Couple Awarded $1.8 Million In Malpractice Lawsuit
BOW, N.H. -- A jury has awarded a man and his wife nearly $2 million in a malpractice lawsuit against the Dartmouth-Hitchcock Clinic. Harvey Bergeron, 83, suffered a stroke in 2001 after undergoing bypass surgery because he didn't receive proper post-surgery care, his lawyer said.
