State's largest malpractice insurer limits birthing choices for some
Mar 13, 2005: Since Jan. 1, some Oklahoma women have learned that their pregnancies will end with a surgical delivery rather than through the normal course of labor because the state's largest provider of malpractice insurance changed its rules.
