Schwartz malpractice suit settles on second day of trial
The parents of a boy who suffers from double vision reached a settlement with Bradley Alan Schwartz, who operated on him in November 2001. The settlement was announced around 2:15 p.m. today after a morning of testimony from Greg Hoxie and Peggy Bower, Garrett Hoxie's parents.
