Rendell says crisis over in Pennsylvania HARRISBURG — Pointing to signs that Pennsylvania’s medical malpractice crisis is over, Gov. Ed Rendell said Thursday he doesn’t think it is necessary to continue subsidizing malpractice costs for doctors.
