Fla. Supreme Court: Hospital Privileges Must Be Revealed in Med-Mal Cases
In a victory for medical malpractice plaintiffs, the Florida Supreme Court unanimously ruled last week that hospitals must respond to discovery requests in malpractice cases by turning over lists of hospital privileges granted to physicians by credentials committees.
