Adair County jury awards family $400,000 in malpractice lawsuit
KIRKSVILLE - An Adair County jury awarded $400,000 to a family in a medical malpractice lawsuit. The case was the result of a 2000 incident involving Dr. John Bailey, D.O., and the Lowe family of Lebanon, Mo.
