EU monitors worry unrest could upset S.Lanka poll
COLOMBO, Nov 1 (Reuters) - A breakaway rebel group in Sri Lanka could be a cause for concern in this month's presidential election, and any malpractice may prove decisive, the chief EU election monitor said on Tuesday.
