Court: Coverage hurt malpractice claim
An appellate panel on Friday ordered a new trial for a man who sued Community Medical Center for medical malpractice, citing the jury that rejected the man's claim at the first trial was not instructed to disregard media coverage of an impending strike by medical personnel.
