Frist Opinion Piece Says Medical Malpractice Reform Needed
"Washington state faces an ongoing medical-liability crisis and, unfortunately, a solution seems a long way away," Senate Majority Leader Bill Frist (R-Tenn.) writes in a Seattle Times opinion piece.
