Malloy wins malpractice countersuit
State Sen. Gerald Malloy, D-Hartsville, has won the countersuit over a $50,000 lawsuit filed in August 2004 alleging malpractice.
ABA Legal Malpractice Conference Brings More Than 500 Attendees to Boston
