Argent expands med mal capabilities with new hire
Argent Liability Adjusters has hired Katie Caris-Harris to join its professional liability team in London. Ms Caris-Harris will work alongside Erica Lindley and her team to provide clinical input and further develop the company’s medical malpractice claims handling model.
U.S. med-mal claims seen falling in 2005
The number of medical malpractice claims in the U.S. is on track to fall slightly in 2005, according to a report released today from Aon Corp., the first decline since the Chicago-based insurance brokerage company began conducting the annual study six years ago.
