Florida doctors ask for fee increase for making copies
Florida doctors are asking the state to sharply increase the amount they can charge patients for copies of their medical records, a request that has brought protests from consumer advocates and malpractice lawyers.
Emotional Distress Suit Over 'Inhumane' Deposition Is Axed
A novel suit charging that 'inhumane' questions at a medical malpractice deposition caused emotional distress has been disqualified at the starting gate.
