Larry Birkhead Sues Former Lawyer for Fraud, Malpractice
Anna Nicole's ex-boyfriend is suing his former lawyer, Debra Opri, for allegedly defrauding him of over $600,000, a week after she sued him for not paying legal fees. Larry Birkhead claims that Opri said would represent him for free because of the high publicity surrounding the case.
Corruption probe staff cleared
STRINGENT investigations have cleared Health Ministry staff of a string of allegations of corruption and malpractice. Six financial, administrative and medical cases raised by Parliament's Independent Bloc have been investigated, the ministry announced yesterday.
