Doctor who fondled patients indicted over falsified records
An East Brunswick doctor convicted in 1996 of fondling patients and later charged with practicing medicine without a license now faces additional charges of falsify ing records to get malpractice insurance and a federal certification to administer drugs.
Infant Dies in Alleged Malpractice
MADINAH, 8 June 2008 — A 45-day-old infant died in Madinah’s Maternity and Children’s Hospital after 25 days in coma due to a mistake during gastrointestinal surgery, Al-Madinah daily reported yesterday. The child’s father reportedly intends to sue the hospital for malpractice.
