Surgeon to file appeal against medical malpractice verdict
Dr. Eric Leefmans is going to appeal a medical malpractice verdict issued by a New Hampshire Court last week. A 42-year-old Randolph Hinz accused Leefmans and his team of blindness as a result of doctor error during the operation at a Concord hospital in 2003 following a car accident.
