Associated Press - March 18, 2008 1:45 PM ET OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) - A Tulsa-based consumer group says many Oklahoma nursing homes appear to be operating without malpractice insurance.
Brownsville hospital cleared of malpractice
BROWNSVILLE, Texas — A jury found in favor of Valley Regional Medical Center on Tuesday, deciding the hospital was not responsible for the cerebral palsy suffered by an infant born there in 1994.
