RICO Suit Against Lawyer Dismissed due to Lack of 'Enterprise'
A Pennsylvania federal judge has dismissed a RICO and abuse of process suit against a lawyer, his law firm and their client brought by a doctor who claims she was falsely accused in a 2000 lawsuit of committing malpractice in 1970 by a patient she never even treated.
