The state Supreme Court has reinstated a medical malpractice lawsuit filed by the widow of a man who died at Stonewall Jackson Memorial Hospital because those who were sued should have objected earlier to the lawsuit’s flaws and allowed the woman’s lawyer to fix the problems.
