Rell: Inclined To Sign Malpractice Bill
(1010 WINS) HARTFORD, Conn. Doctors groups who were disappointed with the medical malpractice reforms passed by the legislature this month are now urging Gov. M. Jodi Rell to sign the legislation, and the governor says she will likely to put aside her own concerns and do just that.
