Lawmakers say agreement imminent on medical malpractice
SPRINGFIELD, Ill. - After two years of stalemate, Democratic state lawmakers said Wednesday they have reached an agreement to lower doctors’ medical malpractice costs that could move quickly through the Legislature this week.
