Medical malpractice case ends
A Madison County jury met Monday morning for closing arguments in Kevin Bell’s medical malpractice trial. Then, at noon, they broke for lunch and returned at 1:45 p.m. with a verdict clearing the Edwardsville doctor of any medical negligence.
