Agreement reached on Oklahoma civil justice plan
Compromise legislation affecting the way Oklahomans file and litigate lawsuits was unveiled Monday by Republican legislative leaders who described it as a historic agreement that will help block frivolous lawsuits and lower medical malpractice and other insurance costs.
