Ex-L.A. officer who sparked corruption probe testifies for victim
LOS ANGELES, 7:20 p.m. May 9 (AP): Disgraced former police officer Rafael Perez testified Monday in a legal malpractice lawsuit brought by a man who he shot, planted a gun on and helped wrongly send to prison.
