Docs will share $1.3M refund from insurer
Medical malpractice insurer Physicians Insurance and affiliate Western Professional Insurance Co. must refund more than $1.3 million in excess premiums charged in 2003, according to a press release by Insurance Commissioner Mike Kreidler.
