Court of Appeals overturns ruling to throw out malpractice lawsuit
The state Court of Appeals has overturned a lower court decision in a medical malpractice lawsuit over the 1995 death of a man treated at Hilton Head Regional Medical Center, allowing the lawsuit to go forward.
