Malpractice, aiding in fraud alleged in suit against Brooke Corp. auditors
In what appears to be the first lawsuit against Brooke Corp.’s auditors, an Iowa financing group alleges that a Kansas accounting firm committed professional malpractice and aided and abetted fraud.
