Hopkinton family awarded $13.5M in Dana-Farber malpractice suit
A jury has awarded $13.5 million in a medical malpractice lawsuit filed by the family of Amy Altman, a 40-year-old Hopkinton mother who died in 2003 while receiving chemotherapy at Boston’s Dana-Farber Cancer Institute.
