Large malpractice case settled
A woman who won a $28 million verdict against a Longwood physician before a judge threw it out has settled her lawsuit. Jeanette Davis, 44, sued Dr. Robert Bowles, alleging he had botched a 2001 operation intended to fix a minor incontinence problem.
