(ABC 6 NEWS) – A malpractice lawsuit against the Mayo Clinic goes back to trial this week. Back in 2001, Nykkole Becker’s parents filed a lawsuit against Mayo because they felt the clinic was negligent in failing to report child abuse injuries when Nykkole was brought in on several occasions.
