Judge stops payment until verdict is reached
By Michael R. Sisak Staff Writer WILKES-BARRE — Senior Judge Charles C. Brown Jr. issued an order Friday preventing the winner of a $3.4 million legal malpractice lawsuit from collecting payment until he rules next week on a defense motion to strike or reconsider the judgment.
