Gynecologist cleared of malpractice
LEXINGTON, Ky. (AP) - A Lexington gynecologist accused of removing a woman’s healthy ovaries has been cleared in a malpractice suit. The jury deliberated for five hours on Tuesday. 9 of the twelve jurors concluded that Dr. Michael Guiler did not violate standards of medical care.
