Lexington Gynecologist Found Not Guilty Of Malpractice
A Lexington gynecologist accused of performing an unnecessary hysterectomy on a Bath County woman was found not guilty of malpractice Tuesday night. Dr. Michael Guiler was sued in 2003 by Connie Grimes of Owingsville, who claimed he ordered her to have a hysterectomy when it wasn’t necessary.
