Man gets 14 years for fraud
A Carmel Valley man was sentenced to 14 years in prison Thursday for insurance fraud in connection with malpractice coverage he sold to women’s clinics across the country. A jury convicted Michael Vousden in February on 36 counts of fraud, grand theft, forgery and tax evasion.
