It’s an unusual trial getting underway in Nassau County. A former psychiatrist is being sued for malpractice after plotting to kill a patient. “Jane Doe” spoke to CBS 2 HD recently in shadow out of fear and shame. She’s suing her former psychiatrist – Richard Karpf – first for having sex with her in his Garden City office, and then for plotting to kill her and several other imagined antagonists.
