Malpractice claim may be complicated
Question: I had a medical procedure (cystoscopy) at a urologist’s office on March 12. The next day I came down with a fever for which I began taking Tylenol. On March 16, after the fever intensified and I was experiencing burning urination, I went to the emergency room where I was diagnosed with a urinary tract infection, given a prescription for Cipro and sent home.
