Jury awards $5 million for undiagnosed aneurysm
An Olean excavation contractor left permanently paralyzed by an undiagnosed brain aneurysm that led to a massive stroke a decade ago was awarded $5 million Wednesday after a three-month malpractice trial before State Supreme Court Justice Timothy J. Drury.
