WHITE PLAINS, N.Y. – David Letterman has gotten out of jury duty in Westchester. Letterman, who lives in North Salem, was being considered for a medical malpractice case in State Supreme Court in Westchester. Letterman told the doctor’s lawyer there was no reason he couldn’t be fair.
