After the recent shambolic meeting of the ICC in Dubai, officials at Lord’s are still trying to work out how Zimbabwe managed to escape censure for financial malpractice - and, more alarmingly, whether the end result could be that the 2009 World Twenty20 championships have to be moved from England to another country.
