The jury is in: Letterman is out
WHITE PLAINS David Letterman didn’t have to resort to any of his Top 10 ways of staying off a Westchester County jury yesterday. The late-night TV icon from North Salem was considered for a medical malpractice case in state Supreme Court, but wound up getting excused from jury duty after lunch.
