CHEYENNE - The Wyoming Supreme Court has reversed itself and dismissed an appeal brought by siblings who sued a doctor over their father’s death. In 2003, a jury found Dr. Michael Sutphin, of Rock Springs, and his patient, Jack A. Scott, both negligent in Scott’s death.
