TERRE HAUTE — An ophthalmologist who practices in Terre Haute has appealed a judgment against him rendered after a jury trial in October. Tracey Wallace sued Jonathan S. McGlothan for malpractice and a jury awarded her $555,813, and her husband, Eric Wallace, $122,980.
