Phang: Review SCC set-up
That was the comment made by Social Action Initiative Foundation executive deputy chairman Tan Sri Robert Phang, who lamented that if the IGP’s appointment is mandatory, nobody would dare lodge a complaint with regard to corruption and malpractice committed by his own men.
